**PREORDER**
This mini expansion brings Special Plutonium Mines into the game. These mines have one special space for a new, more powerful resource, Plutonium, and sometimes another benefit.
Once per game, you may perform the Industrialize action to place a Special Plutonium Mine from the Mine Offer tile onto the map as your mine. To do so, pay its cost in Workers. If the chosen Special Plutonium Mine tile has an immediate reward, gain it. Then, place the chosen tile within one of your networks by flipping it to the other side and placing a Worker from the general supply next to it to mark ownership. Follow the normal rules of adding Uranium to your mines as per the normal rules, with the following exception:
Each Special Plutonium Mine tile can store 1 Plutonium. Any time you gain Uranium, you may place 1 Plutonium instead of 1 Uranium onto the empty special space of your Special Plutonium Mine.
