Returns Information


Permission to Return

  • We want our customers to enjoy a great shopping experience at our store. Whether you are buying for yourself or as gifts for family or friends, you can enjoy peace of mind with your purchase. Therefore, you may return the product(s) you have purchased from us and subject to availability, we may offer an exchange for another product or store credit if:

  • We receive your written notification on the product(s) to be returned within 7 days of delivery

  • The return MUST be accompanied with a Return Product Number ("RPN")

  • The product(s) are unopened and in its original condition and package (including in its plastic shrink wrap, if applicable).

  • You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the product(s) to us and additionally, in the case of exchange, the shipping costs to resend you the product(s)

  • Store credits, exchanges and refunds will exclude the real AusPost shipping cost associated with the first order to us, which may be higher than your charged shipping cost

  • Please contact for your Return Product Number prior to returning the product.  In your email, include:

  • Proof of purchase i.e. order number

  • Name of product(s) to be returned

  • Your name, contact number and email address

  • Request for exchange or store credit

  • Pre-Order, Special-Order items, card sleeves and games accessories cannot be returned to Advent Games for exchange or store credit

  • Our recommendation is that you insure and include tracking for your return package as no exchange or store credit will be available if your package fails to reach us undamaged and in its original condition

Refund and Exchange

  • Advent Games takes pride in ensuring our products are received promptly and in good order. In the rare occassion when the insured parcel you have received is damaged, you must notify the post office personnel of the damaged condition and indicate the condition and record this as next to your signature upon receipt of delivery. *Important*. If necessary, inspect the contents inside in front of the delivery personnel.

  • In the event that the products are received by you in damaged condition or in error as a result of our packing error or as a result of our picking error, we will offer a replacement subject to availability, store credit or refund*. However, goods delivered and signed for in full (without any indication of condition of the game) will not be covered for its subsequent damages claim and return shipping charges.

  • Please contact for your Return Product Number ("RPN") prior to returning the product. In your email, include:

  • Proof of purchase i.e. order number

  • Name of product(s)

  • Your name, contact number and email address

  • Description of damage or fault

  • Specify your request whether it is for replacement, store credit or refund

  • You must include RPN in order to receive replacement, refund or store credit.

  • Please note that if arrangements are not made prior to the customer returning the product(s) and subsequently complied with, or are without an RPN, the customer will be solely responsible for the shipping fees associated with the return of the product(s) and there will be no reimbursement for these costs. Any reimbursement of shipping fees will be effected after the goods have been received.

  • Refund pertains to the price paid for the product(s) damaged, not for the entire order. All Refund through paypal may be charged a processing fee as associating with fee imposed by Paypal and administrative fee. There will be no processing charge if refund is due to our error. Cancellation processing fees apply on exchange and cancellation of an order. There will be no refund pertains to order placed and not picked up for more than 3 months.

Uncollected / Undelivered Parcels


  • Parcels that are unable to be put in a letterbox or left at a destination are taken to a Post Office and a card left for pickup. If parcels are not collected within 10 days they will be returned to Advent Games and can either be resent for another shipping charge, or refunded minus our fully calculated shipping cost to you and a 5% restocking fee. (Full shipping costs are calculated by Australia Post eparcel and are anywhere from $8 - $40 depending on size of parcel and distance from Sydney, the restocking fee is 5% of the value of your order).  This is also applicable to any order that is made with an incorrect delivery address provided.
